purpose of this position is to resolve all inventory discrepancies
and process inaccuracies. This effort contributes to successful
inventory audits of the facility and achieving or exceeding
performance targets.The QA Team Member performs routine cycle
counts of the inventory to ensure the system quantity and physical
quantity of product is correct. The team member is responsible for
researching and reporting inventory differences over a certain
threshold to corporate and/or to the QA Coach. The QA Team Member
is also responsible for performing process audits of the entire
facility. Results of these audits alert and indicate if Operations
Team Members are performing tasks incorrectly.Key
ResponsibilitiesResearch inventory discrepancies and resolve (e.g.,
free astray product)Report and contact Corporate if inventory gain
or loss is over a certain threshold (holding account)Resolve
cancelled picks (product not picked for shipping that was
allocated) in the systemAudit processes across the facility to
ensure correct process is being utilized by Operations TeamMembers;
record inaccuracies and report to Operations CoachPerform scheduled
cycle count of product in the facility; perform recount of product
whenInventory differences occurAudit receiving packets daily/weekly
to ensure all information is correct and there are no
discrepanciesPlace and release location holds in the system (places
product on hold so it cannot be picked for shipping)Learn new
skills to assist in other QA areasMinimum QualificationsTeam
members may work evening, overnight, and weekend shifts, with
voluntary and scheduled overtime as needed (additional pay for
overtime).Physical fitness to move continuously throughout the
facility, lift up to 70 pounds, and operate power
equipment.Adherence to safety protocols, wearing necessary personal
protective equipment.Ability to work in varying conditions, from
extreme temperatures to noisy environments.Strong safety
orientation and ability to work independently or within a
team.Preferred QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED
equivalent.Previous experience in distribution center operations or
warehouse settings.Proficiency in operating power equipment (e.g.,
forklift, reach truck).Detail-oriented with experience in a
fast-paced environment.Basic math, reading comprehension, and
computer skills.Spatial reasoning for effective product
positioning.Schedule RequirementsAvailable to work a set schedule
that may be changed by management based on the facility's needs.May
be asked to work mornings, afternoons, nights, and/or weekends
based on the facility's needs.Working ConditionsEnvironmental
factors vary by location. You may be working in both inside and
outside weather conditions. Exposure to varying climates, including
extreme heat or cold, wet, damp, humid, windy, or drafty
conditions, is possible. You may be exposed to constant or
intermittent noises in addition to moving or shaking objects and
equipment.Lifting methods vary based on role, weight, and volume.
Associates must follow guidelines, limiting single lifts to 70
pounds. Team lifts are used minimally starting at 70 pounds or when
needed. Powered equipment should be used as required, with proper
