A company is looking for an Operations Associate-Medicare to join their Revenue Recovery team.

Key Responsibilities

Abstract information from medical records for accurate discharge status on managed care claims
Research and verify accurate discharge status information with post-acute care agencies
Compile and submit organized reports and maintain communication with project managers and clients

Required Qualifications

1+ years' experience working in healthcare
1+ years' experience in customer service
Comfortable being on the phone 75% of the time
Excel knowledge for data entry
