Incumbent provides patient care services, including drug information, patient/family and staff education, pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic recommendations, under the supervision of Residency Preceptors. Qualifications--Education:-- Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.--Additional Criteria: Must meet the selection criteria for his/her residency program as defined by the accreditation authority for that residency program and as defined by the Program Director for that residency.
