qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Newberg, Oregon, 97132 About The

Work in a Level IV Trauma Center with short-term acute care. - Must
be willing to float between units and potentially to affiliate
hospitals nearby as required. - Required to work every other
weekend. - Not required to follow block schedules. - Expected
patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:2. - Locals accepted at a reduced bill
rate. - COVID-19 vaccine is required, though medical and religious
exemptions or declinations are allowed. - Commitment to work 3 out
of 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New
Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. - Responsibility for
pre-assignment, non-billable training modules averaging 16 hours,
requiring completion pre-start and annually. - Orientation includes
40 non-billable hours. - Travelers must be flexible with unit
assignments and floating between hospitals; refusal to comply may
result in termination or forfeiture of guaranteed hours. - The
client is expected to supply communication devices as needed for
assignment duties, or compensate for work-related cell phone use.
