• Certification Details
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support: Must be AHA or 'Heart&Stroke' certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation ONLY
• BLS - Basic Life Support: Must be AHA or 'Heart&Stroke' certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation ONLY
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support: Must be AHA or 'Heart&Stroke' certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation ONLY
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure: Must be certified by AAP, AHA, or Canadian Paediatric Society
• CHEMO - Chemotherapy: Certification requirements verified through UD
• EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring: AWHONN and NCC-EFM certifications are acceptable; others reviewed case-by-case
• Tech Cert Verification - National: Refer to the Allied Licensure Report for qualification
• State License 1 Verification: Refer to Allied Licensure Report for qualification
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP): Must be current
• IV Certification (LVN/LPN/Other): Certification requirements verified through UD
• Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB): Certification requirements verified through UD
• NIH Stroke Certification: Must be renewed every 2 years; follow the expiration date on the card
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute: Certification requirements verified through UD
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam: Required as applicable by Profession
• Color Blind Testing Online: Completed on a unit-by-unit basis if requested by PM team or noted in the UD
