This role will collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and clinic staff to ensure seamless coordination of care across the perioperative continuum.The surgical services unit features one operating room and one procedure room, handling a diverse caseload including endoscopies, orthopedic surgeries, and outpatient procedures. In 2024, the team performed over 400 endoscopies and 86 surgeries, supported by a dedicated team of professionals. The unit is known for its fast-paced yet supportive atmosphere, where collaboration and patient-centered care are top priorities.The Surgical Services Nursing Director will ensure the safe and efficient delivery of perioperative care, from pre-op to post-op, while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. This role involves mentoring staff, managing budgets, and driving quality improvement initiatives.
