Channel & Partnerships Program Manager for HP, you help to drive
our success. You will lead US-based efforts to position HP as a
collaborative and successful partner with key diversity
organizations, groups, and affiliates to ensure we leverage every
partnership opportunity and provide measurable value to our

execute on your concepts.What you'll doAct as intermediary between
HP and diversity partners.Lead the development, strategy, and
delivery of new and innovative ways to broaden HP's reach to
attract, retain, and promote high caliber diverse talent through
partnerships.Partner with other members of the Recruiting,
Diversity, and Culture team, business leaders and executives, and
HP's technical community to translate the vision into strategy and
actionable plans.Provide consultation to leadership on navigating
and cultivating internal and external relationships and
partnerships including identifying cultural nuances to support
diverse colleagues, customers, and partners.Review regional hiring,
development, and brand awareness goals to ensure all existing
partnerships and events align with annual goal.Establish an annual
planning timeline and project plan to include release dates for
information related to all partner meetings, events, touchpoints,
and deliverables.Maintain a shared partnership dashboard containing
partnership, contact information, target audience, goals, cost,
renewal dates, level of sponsorship, and return on our investment
(ROI).Collaborate on an annual budget that reflects all costs
associated with channels, partnerships, and events.Develop an
internal resource page providing team contacts by region, our
selection criteria, partnership, and events request forms along
with a comprehensive list of partnerships and events.Seek new
partnerships for consideration against new or changing business
needs.Provide guidance and support to regional leads to support
their partnership strategy and successCollaborate with Alternative
Pathways, Diversity Recruiting Strategy, and your global team
members.Track ROI on employee participation and engagement and
develop methods to increate engagement.Develop an annual survey to
obtain feedback from employee participants and key stakeholders to
ensure partnerships are meeting their needs.How you'll be
successfulYou will be able to juggle multiple projects.You are
organized and understanding the importance of meeting deadlines.You
build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external
vendors.You understand the importance of feedback-good and bad-from
our stakeholders and HP team members and look for ways to
improve.You use good judgement when responding to stakeholders,
leaders, and our target audiences.You act as a collaborative and
respectful partner and team member.You know when to have brave
conversations when there are issues.You know when to alerting team
members when help is required.You are agile when priorities
shift.Your experienceFirst level university degree3-7 years of
relevant program management experience with a preference for some
HR and/or recruiting experience to bring value to the team on Day
One.The base pay range for this role is $69,600 - 107,150 annually
with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or
equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work
location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Benefits:HP
