The Opportunity:

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Administrator with a background in financial services to support our marketing and corporate communications teams. You will have experience with marketing automation, data management and API integration with 3rd party platforms. Knowledge of customer engagement strategies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams is expected. This role offers a rare opportunity to shape the future of FI's MarTech technical landscape. You will report to the Application Development Team Lead.

The Day-to-Day:

• Platform & Configuration Management: Administer and maintain the SFMC platform, ensuring optimal performance, security, access, and reliability
• Automation: Guide and support users in the creation, execution, and optimization of single/omni-channel journey orchestration
• Data Management: Manage and segment customer data for targeted marketing efforts, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations
• Reporting and Analytics: Create and analyze reports to measure campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Integration: Oversee the integration of SFMC with other systems and platforms, including CRM, DAM, and CMS
• Support: Provide technical support and training to marketing and corporate communications teams, addressing any platform-related issues or inquiries
• Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies, particularly regarding data privacy and security
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with SFMC features and best practices, recommending and implementing enhancements to improve platform use
  Your Qualifications:
  
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) Administrator
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Social Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio)
  • Plan work of self and others and resolve technical and other problems
  • Perform off-hours production support as needed
  • Experience with Datorama
  • Experience with basic HTML (e.g. creating tables, links, and bolding)
  • Experience with AMP script and SQL
  • Digital marketing experience
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs. Experience with MuleSoft/Azure API framework is desired but not required
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related discipline
  • Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant)
    Compensation:
    
    • $95,000 - $150,000 base salary per year in the state of WA - New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
    • Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
